Data Operations Analyst

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services company operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitalization to Infrastructure evolutions and Cloud migrations.

One of our clients is a technology start-up providing data acquisition, analytics, and reporting solutions for investors and asset services. The software platform uses a variety of machine intelligence techniques to automate the understanding of unstructured and semi-structured documents, transforming them into data and delivering them to the different private market participants.

In this context, we are looking to hire a Data Ops Analyst to work in the Service Operations team that provides implementation services, document acquisition services, and managed data services to the client’s customers.

Your Missions: 

When you join, your primary responsibilities will be in document acquisition.

• You will be part of our service-critical team to ensure clients are delivered key documents.
• On a daily basis, sweep portals containing data and documents critical to clients’ accounting and performance calculations. Be responsible for downloading and logging all downloaded items and issues, and reporting back to more senior stakeholders at the end of the day on each client’s status.
• As you progress and gain experience, you will gain exposure to different areas of the product and services.
• Operate the software platform as part of an internal and client-facing project under the supervision of the Team Leader and Product Team counterparts.
• Build and maintain the growing volume of market data obtained via the software platform.

Your Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in (Finance, Management, Economics or IT) with good analytical skills and proven analytical background
• Good visual, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with data processing and software packages.
