The HUBER + SUHNER Tunisia company, which is part of an international Swiss corporation, is currently developing its operations in Tunisia. We are currently looking for a person for the position
HR Projects & Systems Coordinator
- Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or HRIS administration.
3. System Knowledge: Experience with HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors, is an asset.
4. Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken).
5. Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and data
accuracy
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Main Tasks & Duties: Main Tasks & Duties:
- Main Tasks & Duties:
- Maintain and update HR master data in SuccessFactors.
- Coordinate and support local and global HR project implementation.
- Organize and participate in system testing (e.g., UAT, global template).
- Act as key contact for local HR system users; escalate technical issues as needed.
- Support HR reporting and data analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation of HR workflows.
Authorization Limits:
- Authorized to access, update, and maintain employee data in the HRIS within predefined access rights.
- Authorized to support and follow up on project actions under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Deputy Functions:
- Acts as backup to the HR Administrator or HRIS support staff during absences in tasks related to data maintenance and system support.
- May assist the HR Manager with project tracking and communication during peak periods.
