Logistic Manager

Crit RH recruits on behalf of his client a Logistic Manager  

Reports to : local Plant Manager & Corporate Materials & Planning & Customer service

MISSIONS:

-WMS implementation

RESPONSABILITES:

•Management of the logistics team

•Permanently be guarantor of the availability of raw materials and other necessary products.

•Responsible for export activities , from customer order,

•Solving exceptional situations in the logistics activity.

•Efficiency of transport capacities.

• Develops and implements the strategy of relations with the customers.

• Maintains the relationship with Customers , performs technical specifications, requests for tenders, launches tenders and tenders with multiple customers .

•Track procurement budgets.

•Ensures the operational and logistical management of imports by carrying out the necessary documentation, coordinates the logistical activity of the local systems.

•performs periodic analyzes and comparisons on the efficiency of the logistics and procurement process.

•Monitors monthly through surveys the level and quality of the stock in the area residence warehouse.

• Monitor the budget and verify the delivery activity.

•Coordinates and controls the activity in each warehouse in the area.

•Verifies, through a survey, the documents operated: consumer certificates, minutes, notices, etc.

•Organizes monthly inventory of the stock in the area residence warehouse.

• Responsible for tracking / improving the material and information flow;

• Responsible for monitoring the objectives through audits as well as implementing the corrective measures, related to the process, resulting from these types of audits;

• Responsible for the implementation of the corrective measures resulting from the various authors, also proposing solutions for improvement;

• Responsible for improving the technological process from the point of view of the working method as well as the efficiency of time.

•Responsible for drawing up the reports requested by the General Manager, Plant Manager regarding the activity for which he is responsible;

•Responsible for communicating information regarding the modification of lay-out;

PROFIL:

Education / Qualification/ Experience :

* Bac+4/5 : Logistics, industrial management..

Competences:  

 · 5 Years in industry

 · Warehouse Management System

· Good level in english

· KNOWLEDGE OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT(AUTOMOTIVE)

·  Good negotiator, good communicator, autonomous, rigorous, dynamic, good relationship, resistant to stress

·  Master computer tools (Excel, macros…)

·  Sap

· Basic knowledge of 5 S
